What We Haul Away
Since 2021 we have operated licensed and insured, and more than 1,200 Google reviews show how our crews work. General junk removal, furniture removal and appliance removal make up most calls, yet plenty of our jobs are complete garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts. We also haul construction debris after remodels and take on commercial junk removal for small shops and offices. Every service page covers what the job involves and what drives its price.

Junk Removal
We carry out the mixed loads that pile up in your home and yard, sort what can be reused, and price the job by how much truck space it fills.

Furniture Removal
We take apart, carry out and haul away sofas, beds, dressers and recliners, with your walls, floors and door frames protected along the way.

Appliance Removal
We carry out dead refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges and water heaters from any floor of your home and send the metal and refrigerant to proper recyclers.

Garage Cleanouts
We empty cluttered garages, from sagging shelves and dead mowers to soggy boxes, and leave a swept slab you can park on again.

Construction Debris
We load and haul drywall, plaster, lumber, tile, flooring and fixtures left from a remodel or DIY project, then sweep the work area clean.

Commercial Junk Removal
We clear old desks, fixtures, e-waste and back-room clutter from offices, shops and rental units, scheduled so your business keeps running.

Basement Cleanouts
We clear out damp boxes, old furniture, appliances and leftover renovation scraps from your basement and carry everything up and out.

Storage Unit Cleanouts
We empty rented storage units down to bare concrete, separate what can be donated or recycled, and leave the space ready for move-out inspection.

A Decatur Crew That Does the Lifting
Junk Removal Decatur is a local hauling company. We clear out the things that build up in a home over the years: the sofa that no longer fits the room, the dead chest freezer in the garage, the boxes left behind after a move, the drywall and cabinets torn out during a kitchen remodel.
We run the business around two habits. First, we price the job in person so the number you hear is the number you pay. Second, we treat the house as the thing we are protecting, which means measuring tight turns, padding door frames and leaving the floor swept when the truck pulls away.

How We Price a Haul
The biggest piece of any junk removal price is truck space: the more room your load fills, the more it costs. A handful of other things raise or lower the figure, and we walk you through each one at the in-person estimate. We never charge by the hour.
Estimates are free and done in person, once we have seen your items and the way out of the house. If more gets added on job day, we price that extra space before it goes on the truck.
- Room in the truck
- One recliner and a packed garage are far apart in size. We judge how many cubic feet your items will take up once they are stacked in the truck.
- What it's made of
- Heavy material like tile, plaster, brick or soaked carpet pad reaches the truck's weight limit before the bed fills, and dump sites bill by the ton. So a load of remodel debris can price differently from furniture taking the same space.
- Items with extra disposal steps
- Fridges, freezers and window AC units hold refrigerant that must be recovered before the metal is scrapped. Facilities also tend to charge separate fees for mattresses and tires.
- Reaching the items
- Things on an upper floor, at the bottom of a narrow basement stair or behind a small crawl space door need more hands and more time. A long carry from the back yard to the street adds labor as well.
- Breaking pieces down
- Sectionals, bed frames, playsets and old built-in shelves often can't pass through a doorway whole. Taking them apart carefully is part of the work, so it is built into the estimate.

Why Homeowners Call Us
Hauling junk is mostly physical work, but the parts that go wrong are planning, pricing and protecting the house. Here is how we handle those.
- Covered, established and reviewed
- We are licensed and insured, so the crew carrying a sleeper sofa down your stairs is covered if something goes wrong. We have been doing this work since 2021, and you can read over 1,200 Google reviews from customers before you call.
- We plan the carry path first
- Older brick ranches and bungalows often have narrow interior doors, tight stair turns and crawl spaces instead of full basements. We measure doorways and plan the route before lifting, which is how a dresser gets out without gouging a door casing or plaster wall.
- A price before the work starts
- We look at the load in person and give you a price based on how much truck space it fills and what kind of material it is. You agree to that number before we pick anything up, and there are no hidden fees added at the curb.
- Damp storage handled correctly
- Humid summers mean cardboard boxes in basements and garages often go soft and grow mildew. We bag or wrap waterlogged material so it does not tear open on the way to the truck and spread debris through your home.
- Sorted, not just dumped
- Metal from old appliances and grills goes to scrap recycling, and furniture in usable condition is set aside for donation where a charity will accept it. What is left goes to a proper disposal facility.
What to Expect on Your Job
Most jobs follow the same four steps, from the first phone call to a clean, swept floor.
- 1
Give us a call
Tell us what needs to leave and where it sits. We set a time to come out for a free on-site estimate.
- 2
We see it ourselves
We look over the items, the stairs, the doors and the driveway, then give you an upfront price. Booking is up to you, with no obligation.
- 3
We carry it out
Our crew lays floor runners where needed, takes apart anything that won't clear a doorway, and brings every piece to the truck. You never have to drag anything to the curb.
- 4
We sweep and sort
Once the space is empty we sweep it, then divide the load into scrap metal, donations and disposal.
Questions We Hear Often
What will you haul?
Nearly anything a household collects: furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard and exercise equipment, boxes and everyday clutter. Remodel debris like drywall, cabinets, flooring and fixtures goes too. Fuel, solvents and wet paint have their own disposal rules, so mention them when you call and we will explain what applies.
How is my price worked out?
We visit your home, see the items and judge how much truck space they will fill. Weight, items like refrigerators that need special handling and hard access can move the number. You hear an upfront price with no hidden fees before we load anything.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The on-site estimate is free and there is no obligation to book. If the price isn't right for you, we leave and you pay nothing.
How fast can a crew come out?
Same-day and next-day service is available, based on our schedule at the time you call. Bigger jobs, such as a full basement or a crowded storage unit, may be set for a specific day so we can send a crew of the right size.
Should I move things outside before you arrive?
No need. We collect items where they sit, whether that is an upstairs bedroom, the basement, the attic or a backyard shed. Letting us do the moving also spares your back a heavy washer or dresser.
Where do my things end up?
Scrap metal goes to recycling, and furniture in good shape is held for donation when a charity will accept it. Cooling appliances have their refrigerant recovered before scrapping. Everything else goes to an approved facility for that kind of material.
Does someone need to be home on job day?
Please be there for the estimate so you can show us what leaves and what stays. Once that list is set, we can often do the job from an open garage or yard while you are away.
